How long will it take to get my order? 📦
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How do I track my order? 🌐

- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the system.
2. Tracking Issues:
- Can't find your order? Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.
3. Address Accuracy:
- Ensure your address is accurate during checkout; we're not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
- Contact us within 24 hours for address errors; re-routing is attempted but not guaranteed.
4. Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, contact your local post office/courier for assistance in such cases.
- It is the customers responsibility to file claims with carriers for lost or stolen packages.
5. Transit Delays:
- Delays may occur due to holidays, postal strikes, or customs processing; your package is still en-route and will reach you soon.
6. Unclaimed Orders:
- If you forget to collect your package from the post office, it will be returned.
- Customer pays re-shipment fees for the order to be resent in such instances.

Your order will be entrusted to reputable services such as USPS, Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, La Poste, An Post, Swiss Post, Express One, Correos, Deutsche Post, PostNL, Poste Italiane, PostNord, and many more, guaranteeing a reliable and swift delivery experience.
I haven't received my order / I've received incorrect items
1. I haven't received my order yet and the delivery estimate has passed. What should I do?
- Please check the shipping confirmation email sent to you; it contains your tracking number. If you still have trouble locating your order, kindly reach out to us for assistance.
2. I received incorrect items in my order. What steps should I take?
If you have received the wrong items, please contact us using the form below. Make sure to include your order number. Keep photographs of the original packaging and the incorrect item, as we may require them to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Satisfaction Guarantee:
- You can return items within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied or have changed your mind.
- Items must be in original resaleable condition for a refund; damaged items will not be accepted.
How to Return:
- Fill out the form below including your order number (starting #NC) and reasons for return.
- Await our response. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
- Use a tracked service for returns; we aren't responsible for non-traceable returns if they go missing in transit.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take between 3-7 business days for you to receive your refund.
- You'll receive an email confirmation upon completion confirming your refund.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the product is faulty; see details on faulty items & exchanges below).
- We do not offer returns on our made-to-order axes.
Faulty Items & Exchanges
Faulty Items Policy:
Contact us via the form below within 28 days of receiving your order if your item is faulty.
Provide your order number and photographs displaying the defects.
Return shipping costs are covered by us if the item needs to be returned when faulty. We may not require returns for faulty items.
Opted for an exchange? Let us know. Your replacement ships immediately.
Opted for a refund? This will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned faulty item(s).
We do not assume responsibility for faults caused by customer negligence. Refunds may be refused on this basis.
In the event that you receive incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Please retain all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
